Eligibility

You may use MageFights and create a valid account if you are legally competent in compliance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code (provided you have reached the age of eighteen and are not under legal guardianship).

Accounts may also be created by representatives of legal entities. The company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any accounts or actions made by legally incompetent persons.

Changes to Terms of Use

MageFights reserves the right to modify, correct, improve, change, suspend, or terminate any part of the website or its content, including these terms and conditions, the services and game available through it, including your access to it, at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website after the posting of modifications will indicate your acceptance of them.

Prohibited Use

Users of the website and game agree that they will not use the service to send, publish, or transmit in any way content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene
• Constitutes a violation of another's privacy or expresses racial, national, or other discrimination
• May cause harm to minors in any way
• Is not entitled to be transmitted in accordance with the law or contractual relationships
• Violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of third parties
• Contains software viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, damage, destroy, or disable the operation of any software or hardware
• Intentionally or unintentionally violates applicable Greek and EU legislation
• May harass third parties in any way
• Is used to collect or store personal data about other users

Additionally, players must not exploit bugs, use cheats, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software that provides an unfair advantage in the game. Violating this policy may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

User Accounts and Responsibility

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. It is your responsibility to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restrict access to your computer and account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or restrict access at our sole discretion.

MageFights is provided as an online multiplayer game service. By using the game, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The game is provided “as is” and may be subject to downtime, updates, and changes without notice
• We may update, modify, or remove game content (including mage classes, spells, arenas, and mechanics) at any time for balance or development purposes
• We are not responsible for any loss of progress, game data, or virtual items due to technical issues, updates, or account actions
• Multiplayer gameplay requires an internet connection and performance may vary based on your network conditions

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
